I offer one-on-one private sessions in three ways, each designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and create more clarity, energy, and groundedness in your life.
Energy Work - 60 Minutes -$111
These sessions are geared towards those that want a Reiki and Energy work experience, or are beginning on their journey of healing. I tap into your energy body, clear what is not serving you, realign Chakras, clear stagnant energy, and provide guidance for next steps.

Tarot Reading & Spiritual Guidance - 60 Minutes -$120
This session begins with a Platica or hear-to-heart talk, and we pull cards throughout to get insights and direction. Together we will chart a path to create the most ideal outcome in your situation. This session will incorporate a Limpias or other Shamanic and Curanderismo practices as necessary based on your situation.

Curanderismo Healing - 60 Minutes - $120
These sessions are focused on those that want to dive deep and are ready for deep healing or shadow work. There is some sort of journey work in every session, which will take us to a place in our Sacred Heart, the Ancestor Realm, or the Akashic Records to find clarity, healing, or lost Soul pieces. There is some sort of energy clearing, and practical tools for you to take back and work on as well. I will also incorporate my training as an Herbalist and provide guidance on plant allies for your situation, which will be tailored to your individual needs.

Each session begins with a brief conversation about what you're currently navigating. From there, we move into Reiki, Shamanic practices, intuitive guidance, or Curanderismo-informed cleansing or meditation journey work techniques as appropriate.
You may experience an emotional release such as crying, and this is a safe and grounded space to do so. I encourage the release of energy stored in the body and we may encourage more release via breathwork or simple body movement practices as well.
We will always ensure you feel grounded afterwards.

A limpia is a traditional spiritual cleansing practice rooted in Curanderismo. The word limpia means “cleansing” in Spanish.
It is intended to help clear stagnant or heavy energy, restore balance, and support emotional and spiritual well-being. Limpias may incorporate prayer, intention, herbs, smoke, sound, or other traditional elements depending on the setting and training of the practitioner.
In my work, limpias are offered with respect for lineage and proper mentorship. They are approached as supportive spiritual practices — not medical treatment — and are always adapted to your comfort level.

Curanderismo is a traditional healing practice rooted in Indigenous and Mexican folk medicine traditions. It integrates spiritual cleansing, prayer, herbal support, and energy balancing.
In my work, these practices are approached with respect, integrity, and proper training. I do not claim to represent all expressions of the tradition, but rather offer practices I have been trained in and entrusted to carry responsibly.

On the day of our session I recommend eating light, and preferably vegetarian. Please refrain from consuming alcohol or marijuana before the session. We comfortable clothing, and have a private and quiet space where you can be fully present for our time together. For Reiki sessions, please have a place where you can lay down comfortably and will not be disturbed. Please put your phone on Airplane mode or silent.

Experiences vary. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, lighter, reflective, grounded, or energized.
Some people experience emotional release or insight as the nervous system settles. Rest, hydration, and gentle integration practices are often supportive after a session.

No. While this work honors spiritual traditions, it is not affiliated with any religion.
Clients of all backgrounds and belief systems are welcome.

All sessions are 1 hour long, and are conducted via Google Meet.

Sessions at Mystic Lunar Elements are intended to support spiritual clarity, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. This work is complementary in nature and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
