Join me for a seasonal Sound Bath and Medicine Journey. This quarterly seasonal experience is a beautiful combination of tools and practices that have shaped my own connection to Spirit, and are intended to help you transition through the seasons and connect to yourself.

Rituals Make Space for our hearts to shine.
Join me in a workshop dedicated to infusing Ritual into your daily life. We will discuss the importance of ritual, common and simple rituals to create a more magical and meaningful life, and how to make up your own rituals.
