Join me for a seasonal Sound Bath and Medicine Journey. This quarterly seasonal experience is a beautiful combination of tools and practices that have shaped my own connection to Spirit, and are intended to help you transition through the seasons and connect to yourself.

Breathwork
Guided Journeywork/Meditation Journey
Crystal Chakra Bowl Sound Bath
Oracle Card for additional guidance for your season
Class will be held live at Lighthouse Wellness in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA with an option to attend virtually via Google Meet. The virtual link will be sent out to all participants 24 hours before class, and recording will be available for 1 month after class. In-Person attendance is limited, please email me or add in the notes if you are in-person only.
